- Commissions are calculated on the merchandise subtotal your referral pays — shipping, taxes and gift cards excluded — and are net of returns (refunded items reverse their commission).
- FTC compliance is required: clearly disclose your material connection (#ad, #affiliate, or equivalent) wherever you share your links.
- Self-purchases through your own link don't earn commission — use the customer referral program for personal sharing instead.
- No bidding on "BabyMallOnline" or misspellings in paid search, and no misrepresenting prices, promotions, or your relationship with us.
- No spam, incentivized clicking, cookie-stuffing, or posting in communities where promotion is prohibited.
- Attribution is by your partner code entered at checkout; orders placed without the code can't be credited retroactively, so remind your audience to use it. Rates and terms may be updated with notice to active partners.

How are my sales tracked?
By your personal partner code. When a shopper enters it at checkout, the order is credited to you — no cookies, no tracking pixels, and it works even where links can't (Instagram captions, TikTok, podcasts, print). Commissions are calculated on the merchandise subtotal, excluding shipping, and are net of returns.
Do I need a website to join?
No — creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and email newsletters are all welcome. We care about audience fit and content quality, not the platform.
How is this different from your customer referral program?
Same great rates (10% / 20%), but the partner program adds professional tooling: your own memorable partner code, monthly reporting, creative assets and product feeds, custom campaign support, exclusive offers, and a dedicated manager.
